  • Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.
  • After the refund window, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

  • A brief reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time
